The Cobana House sits on the bluff, hovering over one of the most popular parks in West Linn ... Willamette Park, where the Tualatin and Willamette rivers merge.  Thousands of people visit the park every week and are witnessing the progress as this post-and-beam home, and scan a QR code to follow along on social media.  This scenic 15-acre park has 2 entertainment stages, 2 large picnic shelters, a gazebo 3 baseball/softball fields, 2 volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, river access including a boat ramp and multiple docks, a playground, wading pool, fountains, WiFi, and wildlife viewing, and it is home to the annual Olde Town Fair in July.  People aren't just passing by, they're lingering in the beauty of all the park has to offer.
